Counselling

BBC Children in Need have funded this project which provides counselling in schools in the form of talking therapy, drama therapy or dance/movement therapy.

Therapy provides children with strategies, resilience and self-esteem needed to cope with and overcome adversity. This evidence based practice directly addresses their behavioural and psychological needs, generally improving mental health and wellbeing, leading to better short and long term outcomes.
